bird's eye

element of art: i used texture by using the gravel floor as the background in the photo

principal of design: i used movement by caching the subject mid toss of the ball to add excitement to the photo

rule of photography: i used framing by using the key of the basketball court to frame the subject and the ball

element of art: i used colour by editing the photo so that the yellow colour stands out in the photo compared to the green

principal of design: i used repetition by having a repeated subject of many dandelions

rule of photography: i used asymmetrical with the dandelions to draw the eye to more spots or a variety over the main spot

element of art: i used space by highlighting the unused area, the gravel, as much as the subject in the photo to add a minimalist feel

principal of design: i used emphasis to pull the viewers eye to the subject by placing her in the middle of the photo

rule of photography: i used angle of view by taking the photo from a high point so that all of the subject can be seen

worm's eye

element of art: i used colour by using all cool toned colours in the photo to add a sense of balance in the photo

principal of design: i used contrast by making the edges of the photo darker so that the brightness of the sun stands out in the photo

rule of photography: i used rule of thirds by having the subject, the camera, be placed on the one third line.

element of art: i used lines by making the branches look darker and lead the eye to the edge of the tree

principal of design: i used repetition by having multiple of the same flower in the photo to repeat the subject.

rule of photography: i used asymmetrical by having the sky be empty on one side and flowers on the other side.

element of art: i used cool colours to keep the photo feeling equal and using only cool toned colours so that the colour scheme is even

principal of design: i used movement because i captured how the branches sway in the wind

rule of photography: i used rule of thirds because the thickest part of the tree is in the bottom third space
